We did find a couple of small pieces to the roof missing and let the seller know. I was surprised and impressed they got back to us so quickly and made arrangements to send us the missing parts.
They may want to consider packing the roof parts in a couple of boxes vs one or making the box heavier duty. We did notice a little bend here and there on some of the pieces but this did not affect the appearance of the final construction.
The customer service was so good we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase other products from them in the future. I happen to have my eye on some items.

I¡¯m very happy with our new gazebo. I ordered the 12¡¯ x 12¡¯. Initially the price is what interested me. This was significantly cheaper than the few box stores I had looked at. It came in 4 boxes that were delivered over 2 days. Shipping company beat the boxes up somewhat but it was packaged very well and no damage occurred. Set up was very straightforward. Instructions are good, but they are just pictures. A few written instructions to help clarify would have been nice to help save time. All the pieces went together well, and I was surprised at the accuracy of pre drilled holes. We¡¯ve had it for a month now and it¡¯s been through multiple storms without budging. I wouldn¡¯t hesitate to buy this brand again.

The 14 x20 ft. gazebo is very spacious We are now expanding our paver floor to the full size of the gazebo. It is very sturdy, we set all 6 legs on concrete pillars 18 inches deep in the ground.

Easy to put together. Need 2 or 3 people only to attach beams to posts and tighten some bolts on the roof. The rest can be done by one person. Some roof panel holes didn¡¯t line up, even though the rest lined up perfectly. So I had to drill a few new ones.

purchased this gazebo as I wanted to move from soft roof gazebo to metal, eliminating the need to be on the ladder twice a year, and replacing the cloth roof every other year. I selected this Domi gazebo with rain gutters for the deck. The unit shipped in three very long boxes for the pillars, etc, and one smaller but heavy box for the roof panels. The unit was very well packed, and incurred no damage in shipping. Components are labeled, making it easy to assemble.

Total build time was a solid 1 1/2 days, but I constructed it completely solo. I definitely recommend a helper to aid with the roof frame install and to hold nuts in place while tightening roof bolts. I also advise some amendments to the instructions, namely securing the roofing panels as each one is put into place rather than waiting for them all to be set before securing. Otherwise, you will likely have panels sliding off before you have a chance to secure them. Also, unclear why the curtain rollers had to be installed up-front. These could have easily been left to the end, which would have prevented them from rolling off the ends while constructing the frame.

It only took a couple of hours to put together and the instructions were clear. It is huge inside and is a great place to have shade and keep the bugs away. It made my deck a much more useful space. Great gazebo, parts all came packaged tightly, hardware labeled and came in a tackle box so was easy to identify. Instructions were good, could have some more detail on some portions. Took me about 12 hours total to assemble. Worked on it a few hours a day over a few days. Mostly by myself so took longer, would have helped having extra hands to assemble faster! Once assembled and tightened everything the assembly was strong and didn¡¯t flex much. Anchored to my slab so is sturdy! Wish there were covers over the base where it¡¯s anchored for looks and covering the bolts. But not needed.

We were missing no parts. One of the boxes came damaged (that was on FedEx) but Purple Leaf sent new box right away so we could continue. I have to say Purple Leaf customer support was the best! They emailed me so many times to offer support, checking to see if install went well and to make sure we were overall happy. You rarely see that kind of support anymore!

We are VERY happy with the finished product. It IS laborious to put together, and requires two people and a couple of ladders. My son and I spent over 24 combined hours on this – though we were meticulously focused on doing it right… The instructions are pretty good, but far from perfect.

My other gazebo had hooks for the curtains. I am not sure how long the Velcro will last after continual use), but the gazebo is very sturdy and strong. We had another brand gazebo that was nowhere near as sturdy as this one. With the old one we had to attach it to the back of the house and even with sand bags and weights it still never stood completely straight. We also had to put a tarp over the top of our last gazebo as every time it rained the roof leaked. The roof on this gazebo is tight and never leaks after a rainstorm. I also love the flops that cover the top of the curtains on the outside. This is a great decorative touch. I would HIGHLY recommend this gazebo!!

BOXES AND LABELING: Boxes are clearly labeled 1/6, 2/6, 6/6 and etc. However, the boxes are not packaged and numbered according to in what order you need to use each piece. For instance, the first or second set of parts you need to assemble may be in box 4/6. It would have been helpful if each box were labeled with which part letters were in the box. I found myself spending some time digging thru the boxes to find the part letter that I needed.
ASSEMBLY AND TIME: The more people you have to help with assembly the better. I would absolutely say that two people are a minimum. It took 18 hours to assemble. An instruction/assembly booklet did come with the product and it was packaged in box 3/6. I would not advise jumping ahead while going through the steps because it will make some parts not fit the way they are supposed to later. Two free standing ladders aren’t a must, but I highly recommend it and it would be very difficult without two. The product only came with allen wrench/hex key, but a drill made all of the difference given the fact that there are over 400 screws. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
ADVICE: 1. DO NOT completely tighten all of the screws as you work through the steps. We found that alot of screws we had completely tightened needed to be loosened to make other parts fit later. 2. In addition, the instructions call for the cap on the topper to be placed early on. However, when it was time to put the metal on the topper, the cap had to be removed before the metal would slide into the track. 3. If your are having trouble getting the metal to fit/slide into the tracks or the screw holes won’t line up, it may be because the frame isn’t 100% level or square (even if you think it is). Although you may be tempted, DO NOT cut the metal to make it fit. It isnt fitting and the holes arent lining up for a reason.
BIGGEST PAINS: 1. The rubber stoppers that you have to install under the metal. There are alot of them and they slide. 2. The plastic guards that have to attach to the ends of the metal. There are also alot of them and they constantly pop off when trying to get the metal to slide in the track(s).

We would never hesitate to purchase anything Their customer care team is on it and responds very quickly to any contact. We needed a bit of touchup paint for a few very small scratches. We contacted Purple Leaf, and the paint was sent promptly. Then our dog decided to chew up one of the curtain tie backs, again this was easily fixed with their customer service team. Also, their products that we have seen are of great quality and very nice design. The Gazebo that we purchased was easily assembled and we are very, very happy with it. It seems to withstand the wind out here very well with no issues. It provides us with a beautifully designed cover that keeps the bugs out, provides us privacy or opens up to a beautiful day. Our only wish is that it was a bit taller to match up with our sliding glass doors. Of course, that¡¯s not a problem with their design, just our personal thoughts on it. The Gazebo is built very sturdy and it looks like it will hold up for years to come. Again we give it five stars. Very happy with it. We are very pleased with overall as a company and would be pleased to deal with them again.

My wife and I put this together in a weekend and we love the functionality, and the color matched out yard decor (white and gray). One of the boxes arrived damaged, but there was great customer support and fast resolution. Only regret is not getting this sooner to enjoy the outdoors bug free and with no worries of getting wet from the rain. Absolutely love the weatherproofing of the curtains and the quality of the materials are solid. Great value for the money. Heat retention definitely works and we got an outside party fan to hang from one of the three hooks that comes with the gazebo. We have a wooden deck and the gazebo is very sturdy and I don¡¯t notice any wobble.

I have a Purple Leaf at another location and in comparison this one is exactly the same, same guage steel/assembly etc. but this was packaged better than the Purple Leaf (more foam between parts). I’d say the powder coating on this in unit is also better. I recieved this with a few damaged parts but I blame that on Fedex, and the seller took care of the issues without much hassle. When on sale this is a great deal compared to others.

With 2 kids and 2 people with very little time on their hands, it’s too several weeks to put together. The directions are a little silly, you have to kind of think ahead for the roof because you can put the tiles in without at least putting a few screws in to hold them in place. There were pieces that was dented and bent but they still worked and went together without issues. The seller contacted immediately after purchase to let me know to contact them if there were any issues throughout the process which was nice. It does come in 3 separate boxes and for whatever reason they didn’t come on the same day. But it’s already rained and we only had to deal 1 area so far but plan on sealing with a store bought sealer not what it came with due to the tube not being as easy as a caulking gun would be. Little trial and error with some things but honestly not bad and we’re still married lol

My only long term concern is rust, because (for snow loading?) they went steel on the roof while the rest is aluminum. It’s near-impossible to install this without bending some of the ends of the roofing pieces, thus cracking the paint. Bottom line though, this thing looks great and functions as advertised!

This is my favorite outside space. Can¡¯t wait for fall to hang out in this. My husband put this together by himself until he got to the roof. It was much easier to have 2 people. Yes there are holes that don¡¯t line up and we had to drill new holes, but overall this is sturdy and beautiful!! We do tie the curtains back when it is windy. We tried to leave them zipped up and the wind was so strong it unzipped them and they were flying everywhere. The mess being zipped up is great, it keeps the bird off my furniture that they enjoy pooping on. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a gazebo.

I purchased a small fan for the inside, and then purchased another one for the other interior hook. On hot days, the roof gets hot requiring the second fan. I¡¯ve been reversing the fan in late afternoon to help vent the heat, and change it to downward in the evening. The privacy curtain and mosquito netting is heavy quality. The netting does okay keeping insects out, but it¡¯s not as high and tight to the sides/roof as other gazebos. I used magnets to hold bistro style LED lights in the interior. I very pleased with the quality and look of this gazebo.

You will need a power impact to get this completed since there is a lot of bolts, it’ll take forever using a hand tool. It took us approximately 6 hours to complete between my wife and I.

There were a lot of good reviews for this one which did sway my decision. Like many other reviews, I did find there was a fair amount of parts to put together, and the instructions had little to no verbiage (just pictures). I am pretty mechanically inclined, so this wasn’t a huge problem for me. However with that said, I must say I was very impressed with the quality of the materials, and the fitment. The pieces all lined up excellent, so I didn’t have to adjust, fumble with, alter, etc. anything. The completed product is sturdy and beautiful, and should last for years to come.

I recently purchased this absolutely gorgeous gazebo with all the features I wished for. Walls for privacy and screens/net on all sides. Double roof small and large for nice warm light on the inside. The mosquito net at the top was important to me. The components high quality and strong. The ability to zip and unzip any wall/screen on either side to manipulate the lighting and the privacy is what draw me to this particular gazebo. I’m looking forward to enjoying this elegant and beautiful gazebo. The customer service was prompt and supportive when issue with shipping and handling of item arise. Overall I highly recommend this item.

Love it!! Absolutely fabulous!! Great quality, very sturdy and it looks Beautiful! This is our second summer for it. We bolted the frame to our deck but take the cloth cover off for winter. It was fairly easy to put up, took longer than advertised but is well worth it.

smooth, then replacing the plastic cap. Once I had done this, you couldn’t even tell that I had cut the tube visually, and I was finally able to stretch the canopy over the frame, still requiring a lot of effort though. Suffice it to say it’s tight and not coming off.

Pros first: 1. Great communication with the manufacturer. 2. Product arrived on time and it was packed incredibly well. They even used a wooden frame in the larger box with metal corner brackets to protect the sheets of metal on the roof from bending. 3. All the parts were present and undamaged

Took 3-4 of us about 8 hours to put together but so worth it! Instructions are fairly clear. Very well-built.

Build took a couple days with 2 adults and a couple kids, some of the roofing panels are difficult to attach but anyone good at DIY projects can manage. Once anchored to the ground it is sturdy and has survived a few strong storms with high winds. It’s really heavy once assembled.
